We want to be a place away from home for travellers of all ages with a low budget. The staff at the AAE Amsterdam Hostel will do everything to create a relaxed atmosphere.
All final payments must be in cash in Euros at check in. There are some ATM- Cash Machines available nearby.
Please remember to state a approx arrival time- so a staff person will be at main desk to meet you. We will email you a confirmation within 12 hours of booking with directions, web site, etc. IVA of 5% is not included here and is due at check in.
****IMPORTANT: If you have not been to Amsterdam before, the stairs between floors in all of the buildings in Amsterdam are built with a very narrow step, they are small and tight together. They can be difficult to navigate if you are older or have trouble with such thing. Please consider then before you book a hostel or hotel. If you have trouble walking steps in general, please look for a hotel with a lift.

Cancellation policy
You must give us 24 hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your stay and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
