The Milic apartment is located in the middle of Dubrovnik metropolitan area (Pile-Kono), only 5 min.of a driving distance from the historical center.

The apartment is suitable for those visitors who want to sit in a car and be 5 min. away from the beach, the Old Town, restaurants and coffee bars, supermarket or any other place worth visiting. Connection to the freeway from the apartment's private parking space enables you to avoid traffic jams and to move around in a fast and efficient way.Guests without car need about 20 min walking to Old Town, beach, and 10 min to supermarket.

The apartment has:

• Its own entrance
• Living room
• TV & SAT
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Two bedrooms ( each with it`s own bathroom).
  All the space in apartment are air conditioned
• The apartment has it's own terrace (quests can eat outside) with beautiful view on the sea
• All rooms have sea view, and one its own balcony. 

The apartment can be booked only for the price of 4 beds per night, even if only one person booked it. In other words, one person can book the apartment for the minimum price of Euro 19,00 X 4.Also, we would like to define 3 days minimum stay for all year, except for period of 10.July till 20.August when min.stay is 7 days.
