From HEATHROW Airport by Underground (Tube/Metro): Take the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) to Earls Court Station, and then change to the northbound District Line (dark green) via Edgware Road to Bayswater Station. From Bayswater Station turn right and walk to the top of Queensway, then turn left and the second road left is Queensborough Terrace and we're number 45. From HEATHROW Airport by A2 Airbus Take the A2 Airbus from Heathrow and get off at Queensway in Bayswater. With the park on your right, walk along Bayswater Road - Queensborough Terrace is the second street on the left after Queensway. We're number 45. From GATWICK Airport: Take the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station. Change to the Underground system westbound Circle Line (yellow) to Bayswater Station. From Bayswater Station turn right and walk to the top of Queensway, then turn left and the second road is Queensborough Terrace, we're number 45. From STANSTED Airport: Take either a coach or the Stansted Express. The coach leaves from Zone C/D in the Short Stay Car Park and goes to Victoria. The trip takes about 1hr45min and runs 24hours of the day. Follow instructions below to get from Victoria Coach Station to the Quest Hostel. The Express goes to Liverpool street, takes about 45 minutes and runs from 5am to 11pm. Then hop onto the tube's Central Line train westbound and jump off at Lancaster gate. We're just a few blocks along the park in Queensborough Terrace. Number 45 on you left. From WATERLOO Station: Take the northbound Northern Line (black) Embankment and change onto the westbound Circle Line (yellow) and continue to Bayswater Station. From Bayswater Station turn right and walk to the top of Queensway, then turn left and the second road is Queensborough Terrace, we're number 45. From VICTORIA Station: Take the westbound Circle Line (yellow) to Bayswater Station. From the station turn right and walk to the top of Queensway, then turn left and the second left is Queensborough Terrace and we're in number 45.

Astor Quest Hostel

Great for all backpackers, close to Notting Hill Gate, the Quest is perfect for the independent traveller and small student groups.

The hostel offers a friendly intimate atmosphere, great murals, and brand new beds with security lockers underneath them. It's also close to heaps of great attractions like Hyde Park, Kensington Palace (Princess Diana's residence), Portobello Market and Whiteley's Shopping centre. The Bayswater area is also full of friendly pubs, cafés and restaurants that keep you busy during the evening. Please make sure you read and understand the Terms/Cancellation Policy. Please Note: we Cater for the 18-35 age bracket as we are a youth hostel for young backpackers, run by backpackers. Passport, ID Card or Driving Licence required upon check in.

The dormitory rooms range in size from four to eight beds per room. Most of the rooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities. There are toilets and showers on each floor for the few rooms without facilities.

Cancellation Policy

You must give us 24 hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your stay and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
Also we only accept guests between the ages of 18 - 35.
Booking can ONLY be made for a night the day before- i.e. no same day bookings.
