In the heart of Dublin City, Dublin City Bunkhouse is a brand new, beautifully finished hostel, located on Parnell Street just off O'Connell Street and just 10minutes walk from Temple Bar and every other attraction Dublin City has to offer.
The hostel is family owned and run by brothers, sisters, husbands & wives who have varied backgrounds, but have all got experience in the travel industry. Most of us are well travelled and have experienced the best and worst of hostel accommodation. We would like to think that we have brought the best experiences home to Ireland and this will be portrayed in Dublin City Bunkhouse. All our staff are friendly and welcoming and will endeavour to help you find your feet in Dublin.
We have taken a beautiful Georgian building and completely revamped it without losing the fabulous Georgian features and whilst maintaining the high ceilings and feature sash windows. All the dormitories are spacious and bright and we have made every effort not to cramp the rooms with too many beds as is often the case in Hostel accommodation. There are reading lights positioned at every bed to enhance guest comfort.

Note: This Hostel requires Minimum 2 Nights stay over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday ) Any Bookings made outside this policy may not be honoured by the Hostel, and the 10% deposit will not be refunded.

All our beds are bunk beds and designed to maintain the height of cleanliness and comfort in a busy hostel environment. Our linen is delivered daily by a professional linen company with clean white duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases supplied to each guest on arrival.
All of our 6 & 8 bedded dorms are en-suite and there are shower and toilet facilities immediately outside the doors of the remaining dorms. All the bathrooms are newly decorated with bright tiles, new power showers and tasteful spacious sink areas.
We have three spacious common areas:
Games room with snooker table, arcade games, table football, board games and books galore
Sitting room, with comfortable leather sofas wall to wall and a wide screen TV.
Dining room to relax and enjoy all your meals.
Spacious Internet café with comfortable computer area and a café style eating area with food and drink vending machines for your convenience. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for guest use.
We are not Award Winning yet but we will be!

Cancellation policy
You must give us 24 hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your stay and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
Please check with the Management of the Hostel after you have received your booking has been confirmed, to confirm the most up to date Cancellation Policy.
