Friendship Place, a nice, warm and clean little B&B located just two blocks from Rome's central Train Station. You'll find that it offers an excellent atmosphere with very friendly English speaking staff! The property includes three rooms and three brand new bathrooms which include toilette, shower with free hot water. Plus, to make your stay more comfortable. The property has 3 co-ed rooms with hair dryer and mirror, brand new beds and mattresses with Linen, blanket and free towels included.

Every bed has its own reading light for the night.

FREE use of the fully equipped self-catering little kitchenette with microwave oven, gas stove, toaster and fridge (with shelf space) and American coffee maker.

Included in the rate, guests will have FREE continental breakfast with the choice of milk, tea, American coffee, pastry/croissant, toast/bread with jelly and nutella, fruit Juice, muesli.

Each day, guests will be able to use the internet FREE for 30 minutes and those staying in the hostel will be offered a big discount for a menu in a local Indian takeout restaurant (like 2.50 ˆ instead of 5.00 ˆ!)

Those staying one week or more are entitled to wash and dry laundry for free in a local Laundromat.

B&B Specials:

A telephone is available for receiving and making calls with telephone card.

Our private rooms are located in a different building; THEY HAVE NO USE OF KITCHEN! Our private room's price and facilities INCLUDES only Breakfast and Half hour Free internet every day.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

1. Please print out your confirmation and pay IN CASH the balance due upon arrival.

2. If you do not give us 72 hours notice (3 days) of your 'no show' by e-mail, we will unfortunately have to debit your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.

3. Phone cancellations are NOT ACCEPTED.
