Hotel "De Lantaerne" is a friendly two-star family hotel in a 18th century building. Our hotel is located a 100 steps away from the Leidseplein, the busiest and most popular square of Amsterdam, where you can choose among all kinds of clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Hotel has 28 rooms. All rooms are equipped with private facilities, shower, wc, TV and phone. The room prices are includes breakfast and city tax. Please make sure you read and understand the Terms/Cancellation Policy. Note: This Hotel has Minimum of 3 nights stay on Friday and 2 nights stay on Saturday, any bookings made outside of this will not be honoured and deposit will not be refunded.

The hotel is located in the center of Amsterdam, next to Leidseplein. When you arrive at the Leidseplein, you go to the main street (marnixstraat) there you go right and take the first on the right. You'll sea it on your right, at the corner of Leidsegracht number 111.

It is the ideal starting place for your visit and walking distance from the red light district of Amsterdam, dam square, the Royal Palace, shopping areas, nightlife, canals, museum's, the opera's and a lot more.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours before arrival. The first night will be charged in case of cancellations less than 2 day before arrival and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
