Cancellation Policy
The 10% deposit you paid to make the reservation is not refundable in any case of cancellation. If you fail to arrive or we get your cancellation within 72 hours before your day of arrival the first night fee will be charged. If the cancellation arrives between 4 to 15 days before the arrival 50% of the first night will be charged. Beyond 16 days notice there is no charge.
Note: Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail
