The accommodation is set in a typical Dalmatian style at the foot of Marjan hill, next to Hotel Marjan and Hotel Belevue and only 10-15 minutes walk from Split's beaches.

We are also 10 minutes walking distance to Split's ACY marina and 5-10 minutes walking distance to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals!

This two bedroom newly renovated cottage is located at the bottom of Marjan hill, less than a 5 minutes walk from the Diocletians Palace- OLD TOWN , 10-15 minutes walking distance from Split each , 10 minutes walking to the Split's ACY marina . And 5-10 walking to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals. The cottage is absolutely charming; the walls are made of stone and the roof of wood. The rooms is big and one (TINA) with a sea view. Cottage has two modern bathrooms with showers in the rooms and two separated entrances for each room / studio apartment.
