The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city's cosmopolitan West End only a 5 minute walk from Princess Street and 15 from Edinburgh Castle. Also excellently positioned for those arriving by rail (Haymarket station 250 meters) or from the airport.
We have been upgrading and modifying our premises constantly to achieve the high standards expected at the historic West End Hotel and our occupancy has leapfrogged from a mere 15 guests to a more accommodating 50+.

All mixed dorm beds include a continential breakfast  and will have the option to buy a full Scottish breakfast.

Our dormitories are very spacious and all have brand new beds, linens and decor from March 2007. These are a class apart! And with self-catering facilities available from Easter, this is a must see!

We hope to enhance our customer's experiences soon by offering tour booking facilities and a self-catering kitchen for backpackers.

We accept group bookings - Security deposits required.
