Budget Accommodations Explained

Budget accommodation expained
When somebody says, No Explanation Needed it can actually mean two completely different things, firstly it can be the person understands what you are saying or implying and doesn’t need you to explain further as your both on the same wave length, but it can also mean the complete opposite that the person is close minded, confused and is not willing to listen and no explanation is needed because their mind is made up.
