Always wear Washing up Gloves when doing the Dishes, the gloves may not look pretty but they will save your hands and nails from extended exposure to the washing up detergents and water.
After washing your hands Always put hand cream.
Use Hand Cream while your out and about the air and pollution dry your hands, so keep a tube of cream in your bag at all times.
When you apply your nail polish always use a nail strengthening clear undercoat and then the colour, then a clear chip proof top coat. This three layer formula helps to protect and also strengthen your nails.
Do not over file your nails because this can weaken the sides of your nails and lead to chipping.
