Las Vegas in America hosted the showdown between the undefeated fighters Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather Jr. Both fighters fought like tigers but in the end the best man had to win.

Pretty Boy Mayweather knocked out Hitman Hatton in the 10th Round to retain his WBC Welterweight Crown and to put himself in history book as the best pound for pound fighter in 2007.

Ricky Hatton Supporters travelled from UK in droves to support their undefeated champion, but this was not enough to see him through from the heavy armoury from America's Pretty Boy Mayweather.

Las Vegas was a buzz with boxing supporters from around the world and it was also a Christmas come early for Hotels, Youth Hostels, Motels, Bed and Breakfast Hostels and Guesthouse, not forgetting the casinos, restaurants bars and night clubs in Las Vegas, Nevada.
