1000 Flights Cancelled by American Airlines
American Airlines have been forced to cancel another 1000 flights across the USA, due to the same problem with the bundling of some electrical wiring in the MD80 Air Crafts; the cancelled Flights have left over 100,000 Travellers stranded across the USA trying to book alternative flights and make different travel arrangements.
American Airlines have continued to have problems with the bundling and spacing of the electrical wires in the MD80 Aircrafts since the problem was discovered a couple of weeks ago in March. American Airline not only have to reimburse the affected customers, they are also paying for peoples overnight stay in local Hotels Accommodation. At the time when airlines are at the knives edge trying to make money, this bad PR doesn't help the travel market.
