London Marathon 2008

Sunday 13th April 2008 sees another London Marathon begin. The London Marathon is one of the 5 most Important Annual International Marathons Worldwide.
As in every race there can be only one Winner, but the London Marathon means a lot more than winning to many people, it is a chance to raise money for charities and good causes, such as the Six Masai tribesman who ran the London Marathon to raise money for water for their village in Tanzania, other people run to raise money for cancer research, RSPCA, Poverty Eradication and countless other charities and good causes.
The Londn Marathon is also about the whole experience the atmosphere, its about the taking part for many people and not necessary the time it takes them to finish, but what you have achieved by taking part.
