Hostels247.com act as an intermediate between Hostels, Youth Hostels and Budget Accommodation and the customer in order for the customer to have the opportunity to search and book worldwide budget accommodation online.

The service we provide is based on information provided by our partner accommodations, although we do our utmost best to make sure all the information provided is up to date, accurate and error free, we can not guarantee and can not be held responsible for the information provided by the accommodations or 3^rd Party. 

We confirm booking at our partner accommodations online, but do not operate or own any of the properties ourselves, it is our recommendation that you contact the accommodation after your confirmed booking to let them know your arrival time and to clarify/reconfirm your booking.

All cancellations must be made directly with the partner accommodation with at least 24 hrs notices or in accordance with the accommodations cancellation policy. All deposits made through Hostels247.com are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable, every effort is made to ensure that the accommodation processes your booking correctly and hassle free, in the unusual event of any problems with the booking, it is the sole responsibility of the accommodation to provide you with accommodation in their property, or to find alternative accommodation for you in the case of over booking. Hostels247.com liability if any, is limited to the 10% deposit paid only. We recommend you contact the accommodation to reconfirm the Booking and to inform them of arrival time and to help them prepare for your arrival and check in.

Legal Agreement

This agreement is between you the customer of Hostels247.com and Hostels247.com the web site. Your use of the web site is on condition that you accept without modification the terms, conditions and notices contained herein and your agreement to use this web site in accordance with and subject to these terms, conditions and notices. The terms, conditions and notices as set out herein constitute the entire agreement between you the customer of this site, and Hostels247.com.

The accommodation can alter and change the information about their accommodation at any time such as description, photo's, prices and the availability, we can not therefore be held responsible for the errors or inaccuracies in the information supplied. You should always check the information provided before making your booking.

Reservation confirmation

In order to confirm a reservation with Hostels247.com you are agreeing to pay a Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable 10% Deposit of the total accommodation cost online or over the phone. You are responsible to the accommodation to pay the remaining 90% of the cost of the accommodation in addition to any taxes or charges specified by the accommodation.

We do on occasion process some transactions over the phone using a virtual terminal, this is in case of a group booking that can not be made online or if you have problems with making an online booking and you need help.

Credit Card Guarantee

You must use a valid credit or debit card to confirm a reservation with Hostels247.com. By making a reservation with your credit / debit card you authorise Hostels247.com to charge the Non-refundable/Non-Transferable 10% deposit, you also authorise the accommodation provider to charge one night's room charge to your card without having to contact you, in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours (or in accordance with the accommodations cancellation policy) from your agreed check- in time or in the event of No-Show. No-Show will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the accommodation directly, it is your responsibility to inform/disclose to the accommodation any medical or pysical condition that may require the accommodation to provide any additional facilities or help, it is at the discretion of the accommodation to do so.

Your Obligations/Prohibited Use

By using Hostels247.com web site you are confirming/agreeing that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations you may incur as a result of use of this site. You agree that you are finantialty responosible/Liable for all uses of this site by you and anyone using your log in details. By using Hostels247.com website you are agreeing not to use the web site for any unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.

Waiver

Hostels247.com's failure to enforce this agreement at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be a waiver of the rights attached to any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Hostels247.com reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions without proir notice or alter or amend the services offered by the web site without proir notice.
