About This Hostel
Bai Ta Yuan Guest House.
The Baitayuan Guest House is located in a traditional Beijing Hutong, combining the traditional Beijing natives' residence, the Quadrangle Courtyard, with many modern amenities. Although not as fancy and luxurious as many others, our guests here will experience first-hand how Beijing people lived in the imperial days.
Although you might need to share bathroom with other guests, and your meals might not be expensive and extravagant, you can eat and live just as common people in Beijing do. Living in the courtyard in Hutong, one can feel more keenly the disappearing life style and living space of Beijing natives as a result of urban expansion and development.
