Cancellation Policy

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the 1 night’s room charge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.

Please check with the Management of the Hostel after you're booking has been confirmed, to confirm the most up to date Cancellation Policy.

If you must take a taxi from train station BEWARE of being taken for a ride.  They will get you here but you will be greatly overcharged. Pay less than 10euro!!!  

Do not ride public transport without a ticket, which needs to be punched before riding.  

Please be careful of ticket sellers who may try and short change you.

From Keleti train station:
Please take the metro (5am-11:15pm) to Arany Janos metro station which is one stop north of where the metro lines intersect -- so switch to the blue line from the red there.

Ride to Arany János utca (final stop). Find the building with a large STIEBEL-ELTRON sign, we are in this building entering from Bank utca, first door #7, next to a White Bull's head. Please ring #11. We are on the 1st floor.


If you care to make your way here on your own we are located by the Arany Janos Metro stop, which is one stop south of Nyugati station, or one stop north of Deak ter on the blue line.

For those guests who would come from the airport we can offer a cheap transfer.

Please contact us by e-mail the week of arrival to arrange pick-up.

If you don't need this service, please e-mail us and we will give you proper, well detailed directions to our hostel.
