The Dolce Vita Hostel. You can find us in Palermo, one of the most folkloristic Montevideo's neighbours; we're close to the downtown and the Rambla, Parque Rodo, pubs, theaters, cinemas, museums and other places you will discover in our city. Of course, also public transport and taxis are excellent in the area.

While you're with us, you will live in a classical early '900 house, with all conveniences for your stay. In the Dolce Vita, all day long, you will feel at ease: you can play pool, read books and have a drink at the bar; also enjoy our outdoor terrace with barbecue. For relaxing moment we have a satellite TV room and dvds.

Definitely you want to visit the city, we have a bike hire service available; also a spanish class to become absorbed in our latin culture and find new people. We're happy to welcome you in our city, with candombe, tango, Rambla and its skyline, heritage and warmth of our community!

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your reservation and the remaining nights will be cancelled

From Tres Cruces Bus Terminal: Outside the main entrance, on Boulevar Artigas you can get on 180, 187, 188 or CA1 bus (CUTCSA). Get off next at the City Hall (Intendencia de Montevideo), a big red building: we are just three blocks away, on Soriano between M.Trueba and Salto. A one-way ticket costs 20 UYU pesos. You can buy tickets directly on the bus from the driver, that will give you change for small amount, until 100 uyu pesos. Another easy way to get to Dolce Vita it's to take a taxi. It should costs no more than 100 UYU pesos.
