Cancelation Policy

All amendments and cancellations must be emailed to the hostel directly, with at least 48 Hours notice of any changed. For no shows or late cancellations your credit/debit card will be charged 1 night’s accommodation fees.

By car or bus from the airport: Whether If you landed in Havana's, Cienfuegos', Cayo Coco's or Santa Clara's Airport reach Santa Clara City and then follow the 'Camajuani's Highway' till you reach the city of Remedios and continue driving straight ahead for six blocks counting the left sidewalks, then on the left side you'll find our hostel. There is no need for any deviation or detour. Since you begin driving through the city you'll be on Independencia Street, our hostel street.
