Lisbon Chillout Hostel is a small hostel and we are always happy to welcome new travellers. Many people have passed through and gifted our hostel with tales from striking adventures, descriptions of colourful places all around the world, new viewpoints on life, strange cooking, and eccentric singing and guitar playing.

The facilities of the hostel are ideal to both host these get-togethers of people of diverse countries and cultures and in the same time give you the space if you like to calm your mind on your own. Enjoy the stunning view of the sun setting over the beautiful hills of Lisbon from our balcony; relax in the shadow of the lemon tree or share a beer in our artistic Chillout garden; cook your dinner in our fully equipped kitchen; or read a book, listen to music or watch a movie in our living room.

Lisbon Chillout Hostel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon near Marques de Pombal and the beautiful main avenue Avenida de Liberdade in an authentic local Portuguese neighbourhood away from the tourist crowd on top of one of the characteristic seven hills of Lisbon city centre. In the small streets of the area you will easily meet local restaurants, bars, shops and peaceful parks. We are in walking distance of several hot spots of the city and close to the main transport systems of subways, buses, trams and trains.

Being in the centre but in the same time away from the busier traffic hot spots we give you the possibility to have the best of Lisbon and find a quite bed for the night all in one sweet package!

The staff of the hostel would be happy to light up the garden grill and do barbecue for our guests in starry evenings. We are also always happy to help you plan your stay in Lisbon, provide you with tips and maps or even show you the secret pearls of the city on a personal guided walk. Also open trips to for example traditional Portuguese Fado concerts, flea markets, and the fabulous night-life of Lisbon are not rare and free for everybody to join.

Cancellation Policy

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the 1 night's room charge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
