Stray Cat Hostel

StrayCat Hostel is a new hostel in downtown of Istanbul. By walk 10 minutes far from nightclubs and joy areas of city and 5 minutes far from tram, metro and ferry stations to arrive from airport or bus terminals of Istanbul, between Taksim (City Center) and sea coast (Bosphorus).

It is just 10 minutes to reach historical sightseeing of Istanbul by tram, tram station is 150 meter from the hostel. StrayCat a 6 floors home with rooms including 6 bed and 4 bed dormitories, also double, twin and single rooms .

Every dorm and room painted with different colours, every bathroom too. Stray Cat has a common room for the chance of meeting with new people from all over the world, and to exchange stories and to have new ones.

From Atatürk Airport the easiest way is to take the Havas bus fromthe exit of the arrival terminal, directly to Taksim Squaredepartingevery half hour . When you arrive to taksim sqaure , go left to siraselviler street, at the very beginning of that street there is aroad Kazanci Yokusu, go down from there Stray Cat Hostel is 500 meterdown on that road on your right hand , a green building with 6 floors. The journey takes around 25 minutes from airport to Taksim Square(downtown) and costs 10 Turkish Liras (also payable as 5 Euros). Another way to reach us via metro and tram The Metro is very easy to find, 1. Take metro in direction of Aksaray 2. change in Zeytinburnu to tram in direction of Kabatas 3. arrive at the station Findikli ( one station before terminal station Kabatas) 4. At Findikli tram station pass across the street and walk up toMebusan Yokusu, 150 meters later we are across suparmarket DIA a green6 floor building on left hand. The other way is to use a taxi from airport : Taxis to Stray Cat from airport Ataturk area cost about 35– 40 liras (18 – 20Euro). Arrivals from Sabiha Gökcen airport From Sabiha Gökcen it is easiest to take shuttle busses of Havas company (also at night)leaving from the exit of the arrival terminal. The journey takes around45 -60 min. and costs 12 Turkish Liras (if you do not have TurkishLiras yet you can pay also with 6 -7 Euros) .
