Terrylin Backpackers Guesthouse is an upmarket establishment created for the weary traveller, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, 7 minutes driveaway from the O R Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport. On arrival, you will settle into a relaxed, homely environment.
Terrylin Backpackers Guesthouse baths, and showers, with ample hot water, will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for either a good rest in our clean, comfortable rooms or outdoors in the neat, spacious garden, with a BBQ, overlooking the sparkling pool.
Or, you may also enjoy watching satellite TV, meeting fellow travellers, or reconnecting with friends and family, via the payphone or wi-fi facilities at Terrylin Backpackers Guesthouse

If you are travelling by car, there is ample free and secure parking. We are able to assist with car hire and day tours.
Terrylin has one dorm (6 beds). Each bed has a night light. All linen, including towels, and extra blankets is provided.
The two twin rooms have electric blankets, a heater and a fan. Both the dorm and twin rooms have nearby ablutions.
There is also a room with a double bed, TV and en-suite shower, and a family room which has a queen-size bed, with a bunk bed, TV and en-suite bathroom.
Terrylin has ample security, with Spanish bars, security gates and a motorized front gate.

Check-in time : 14h00 to 23h00 and check-out time 10h00.
The Gautrain, Supermarket and Festival Mall is within walking distance. The hospital, fitness centre, Emporers Palace (Casino and Movies) McGinty's Pub and other restaurants, are in close proximity.

How to Get There
From the airport, take the R21 towards Pretoria. On the R21, the airport and air freight buildings is on the right.
Take the 1st off-ramp (Voortrekker Road/Airfreight Building sign board.)
At the traffic light, turn left (road splits 3 ways). Stay far left and follow the Rhodesfield signs.
At the 1st traffic light, road joins Albatross Street. Follow to the next traffic light.
On the left at 2nd hand car dealters. Turn left into Gladiator Street and continue until the stop sign. (Church on left.)
Turn left into Kingfisher Street and right into Halifax Street. We are No 2, on the corner.
