About This Hostel
Casa De Papa Hostel.
This hostel is centrally located on Avenida de Mayo, a few blocks from the largest street in the world, 9th of July, where the two famous streets meet at the historical Obelisk.
You can see the beautiful old Congress Building from the hostel balcony, walk to any number of restaurants, concerts, historical buildings and shopping streets within a few minutes, and it is right next to Subte A, the original subway line from early 1900s...which has the original sliding doors, bevelled mirrors and wooden benches!
The hostel itself is a small, cosy place with the warm and comfortable atmosphere you´re looking for. The rooms have cosy heaters for the winter, cool fans for the summers, private lockers to keep your things safe, cable TV in most rooms, and are luminous and airy due to the numerous windows. *From Ezeiza Airport: Take the #8 bus (Ex 86) and get off at Plaza Congreso
*From Retiro bus station- Take the #23 and get off at San Jose and Ave de Mayo
*From Retiro train station: Take the C Line to the Avenida de Mayo Station, transfer to the A Line (the station on the A line is called "Lima") and get off at Saez Pena.
*From Plaza Italia: Take the #12 bus until Plaza Congreso
