Each room provides an en-suite bathroom with hot and cold shower, a TV with 86 cable-channels. You have a choice of air-condition or fan, bathtub or shower only. Our room prices also include a breakfast-buffet (continental or Asian), free drinking water, free pick up service from the airport, boat- or bus-terminals. We provide in-house bicycle-rental, as well as motorbike-rental (off-road, 250 ccm).

The house-owned Tuk Tuk shuttle service brings you to any location inside Siem Reap town for guaranteed 1 $ US only, (day & night), one way, 2 person max.

On your request we also manage for you ticketing for all available trips, buses, and events you choose to visit. Our friendly and well-trained staff will be delighted to recommend the real highlights of Siem Reap- along and off the beaten tracks- and make your stays unforgettable. Cancellation Policy

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the 1 night's room charge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
